摘    要:体外实验证明,从鹿茸氯仿提取物中分离的石油醚不溶部分(部位Ⅶ)鼠脑MAO-B活性具有显著的抑制作用,但对MAO-A活性抑制不明显。石油醚可对小溶部分(部位Ⅵ)对MAO-B活性无明显的影响。

Abstract:This paper has reported that the inhibitory effects of the extract from pilose antler on monoamine oxidase B(MAO-B) activty in mouse brain in vitro. It was demonstrated that the petroleum ether insoluble section (Fraction VII) possessed high potency for inaibitiag the activity of MAO-B in the brain mitochondrial preparation in vitro, and low potency for inhibiting the activity of MAO-A. The effect was specific to the B type enzyme of MAO.In addition, the petroleum ether soluble section (Fraction VI) showed slight inhitbitory effect on MAO-B activity. These results suggested that VII was the main active fraction for inhibiting MAO-B activity in pilose antler.
