误诊为瘢痕的微囊肿附属器癌一例

患者,女，35岁。左鼻唇沟结节8年，5年前曾接受激光烧灼治疗。组织病理示：真皮中上部见角囊肿及瘤细胞组成的导管结构，真皮下部瘤细胞呈团块或条索状浸润，肿瘤细胞异型性不明显。诊断：微囊肿附属器癌。行肿瘤扩大切除术，随访6个月无复发。

A case of microcystic adnexal carcinoma misdiagnosed as scar for a long-time

A 35-year-old female presented with a subcutaneous nodule on the left nasolabial fold for 8 years and underwent laser ablation 5 years ago. Histopathological examination showed many keratin cysts, aggregates of neoplastic cells with ductal formation in the middle and upper dermis, and forming masses and strands in the lower dermis, tumor cell atypia was not found. Diagnosis of microcystic adnexal carcinoma was made. The lesion was resected extendedly with no recurrence after 6-month follow-up.
