光学相干断层扫描血管成像在特发性黄斑裂孔中的应用研究进展

摘    要:特发性黄斑裂孔(IMH)是指黄斑部神经上皮层的缺失,是一种严重影响患者视力的疾病。过去通过生物显微镜及光学相干断层扫描(OCT)检查发现,裂孔的形成和预后与玻璃体的牵拉及裂孔的大小具有相关性。玻璃体切割术联合内界膜的剥离可以在一定程度上挽救患者的视功能。随着OCT扫描深度和扫描速度的提高,实现了光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA),该技术可以量化黄斑部视网膜各层次毛细血管,对IMH的发病及预后有了新的发现。本文针对OCTA在IMH中的应用进行综述。

Abstract:Idiopathic macular hole (IMH) refers to a retinal defect located in the center of the fovea, causing significant vision impairment. In the past, the formation and prognosis of the hole were found to be related to the posterior vitreous detachment and size of hole by biomicroscopy and optical coherence tomography (OCT). The vision function of patients could be treated by vitrectomy combined with the peeling of inner limiting membrane. With the increase of the scanning depth and speed of OCT, optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is realized. It provides a basis for obtaining quantitative indicators of capillaries at various levels of the macula, obtaining new discovery in the pathogenesis and prognosis of IMH. This article reviews the application of OCTA in IMH.
