摘    要:
目的: 建立蒙药三黄膏的质量标准。方法: 采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对蒙药三黄膏中的黄连、黄柏进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对其中的盐酸小檗碱进行含量测定。结果: 在TLC法中,样品与对照药材或对照品色谱相对应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点,阴性中无干扰。盐酸小檗碱在45.72~274.34 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=0.1643x+6.7144,R2=0.9992,平均回收率为94.16 %。结论: 黄连、黄柏TLC定性鉴别专属性强;盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法专属性强,准确稳定、灵敏度高、简便快捷,方中其他组分对其测定无干扰。该研究建立的标准可有效地控制蒙药三黄膏的质量。

Abstract:
Objective: To establish the quality standard of the Mongolian medicine Sanhuang ointment. Methods: Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to qualitatively identify Coptidis Rhizoma and Phellodendri Chinese Cortex in the Mongolian medicine preparation Sanhuang ointment; high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the content of Berberine hydrochloride in the preparation. Results: In the TLC method, the samples showed spots of the same color on the corresponding positions of the chromatograms of the control herbs or controls, and there was no interference in the negativity. Berberine hydrochloride showed good linearity in the range of 45.72 -274.34 μg/mL, the regression equation was y=0.1643x+6.7144, R2=0.9992, the average recovery was 94.16 %. Conclusion: The TLC qualitative identification of Coptidis Rhizoma and Phellodendri Chinese Cortex is highly specific; the method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride is highly specific, accurate, stable, sensitive, simple and fast, and other components in the formula do not interfere with its determination. The standard established in this study can effectively control the quality of Mongolian medicine Sanhuang ointment.
