1例胃袖状切除术后周围神经病变患者维生素B1、B12治疗实践

1例患者减重术后2月余，因双下肢麻木无力1周入院，会诊考虑周围神经病变。维生素B1、B12治疗5日未改善，仍靠轮椅活动，药师建议增大用药剂量，获医师采纳。治疗25日后，患者症状逐渐好转，出院时可辅助独立行走。患者1年后可完全独立行走，正常活动。

Treatment Practice of Vitamin B1 and B12 in a Patient with Peripheral Neuropathy after Gastric Sleeve Resection

One patient was admitted to hospital for 1 week due to numbness and weakness of lower limbs more than 2 months after weight loss surgery, and peripheral neuropathy was considered by consultation. After 5 days of vitamin B1 and B12 treatment, the patient''s symptoms did not improve and he still used a wheelchair. The pharmacist suggested increasing the dosage of B1 and B12, which was accepted by the physician. After 25 days, his symptoms gradually improved and was able to walk independently with object aiding upon discharge. One year later, the patient could walk completely independently and conduct normal activities.
