Abstract:
Rabies is an old and traditional disease, and its public security threat is still in existence. Human beings need new, fast and cheaper vaccine technology to prevent and control it. As a new type of nucleic acid vaccine, mRNA vaccine has achieved phased progress in the prevention and control of infectious diseases and cancer treatment. Rabies mRNA vaccine is expected to become a new force in the fight against rabies. This article will briefly review the construction, delivery system and preclinical and clinical research of rabies mRNA vaccines, and clarify the current research status of rabies mRNA vaccines.
