摘    要:目的:探讨PCSK9在乳腺癌患者血清中的水平及其与血脂水平的相关性。方法:选取从2018年01月至2019年12月在我院就诊的139例乳腺癌术后患者和125名健康体检者为对照组。测定PCSK9、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,分析在乳腺癌患者血清中的相关性。结果:PCSK9水平在乳腺癌患者中明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。在乳腺癌患者中TC和LDL水平明显高于对照组,而HDL水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PCSK9和血脂水平与乳腺癌相关,检测PCSK9和血脂水平可为乳腺癌的早期诊断、筛查及精准治疗提供依据。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between PCSK9 level and serum lipid and molecular subtypes of breast cancer.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,139 breast cancer patients after surgery and 125 health peopele as control group were elected.The level of propotein convertase subtilisin/kexin 9(PCSK9),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were measured,and analyzed the relationship in breast cancer.Results:The level of PCSK9 in breast cancer patients was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TC and LDL in breast cancer patients was significantly higher than the control group.The levels of HDL in breast cancer patients was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of PCSK9 and blood lipids were related to breast cancer.Through monitoring the levels of PCSK9 and blood lipids,the methods should provide a new theoretical basis for early diagnosis and screening of breast cancer and accurate treatment.
