| 摘 要： | 目的探讨兔脊髓缺血再灌注损伤中二次瘫痪与HSP70表达的关系.方法采用肾下腹主动脉阻断法,建立脊髓缺血再灌注模型.缺血组阻断腹主动脉35 min后开放灌注,术后观察脊髓标本的病理学改变,细胞凋亡情况及HSP70表达情况.结果缺血组中二次瘫痪兔24 h内病理学改变明显好于瘫痪兔,细胞凋亡数明显少于瘫痪兔,HSP70表达明显高于瘫痪兔(P＜0.05).结论兔脊髓缺血再灌注损伤中二次瘫痪现象与HSP70表达存在一定关系,HSP70对兔脊髓具有保护作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relation of HSP70 and the second time paralysis in spinal cord ischemia and reperfusion injury. Methods The spinal cord ischemia/reperfusion model was made by clamping the infrarenal aortic in rabbits. In the ischemia group, the abdominal aortic was occluded for 35 minutes and then reperfusion was vonducted. Spinal cord histopathology apoptosis and HSP70 were examined after operation. Results Histopathologic results of the second time paralysis rabbits were better than that of paralysis rabbits. And the number of apoptosis neurons of the second time paralysis rabbits was fewer.The expression of HSP70 in the second time paralysis rabbits was higher P<0.05. Conclusions There is centain relation between HSP70 and the second time paralysis in spinal cord ischemia and reperfusion injury. HSP70 has effect of protectionon spinal cord of rabbits. |
