室间隔缺损并肺动脉高压患者肺字疐Fas/FasL表达与细胞凋亡的研究

摘    要:目的探讨细胞凋亡在室间隔缺损并肺动脉高压(VSD-PH)发病中的作用及基因调控机制,为本病防治提供理论依据.方法采用TUNEL法及免疫组化技术观察了30例VSD-PH患者(观察组)及10例室间隔缺损不伴肺动脉高压患者(对照组)肺组织细胞凋亡及Fas/FasL系统表达的变化.结果观察组肺泡上皮和肺血管内皮细胞凋亡率明显低于对照组;Fas、FasL在肺组织中的表达与对照组比较明显下调.结论肺血管内皮和肺泡上皮细胞凋亡不足可能参与肺动脉高压的形成.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of apoptosis and expression of apoptosis-related genes on VSD-PH.Methods Apoptosis and Fas/Fasl protein expression in lung tissues of 30 patients with VSD-PH (research group) and 10 non-VSD-PH patients(control group) were observed by TUNEL and immunohistochemistry techniques.Results Apoptosis ratio was significantly lower in alveolar epithelial cells and pulmonary vascular endothelial cells in the research group than those in the control group,Fas/Fasl protein expression were down-regulated in lung tissues of research group.Conclusions Decrease of apoptosis ratio in alveolar epithelial and pulmonary vascular endothelial cells may contribute to the pathogenesis of VSD-PH.
