医疗机构传染病防治的探讨

目的了解北京市医疗机构传染病防治现状，探索落实传染病防治的长效机制。方法随机抽取120所医疗机构检查传染病防治并进行分析。结果医院、乡镇卫生院有98．5％建立了医院感染管理制度和传染病疫情报告制度，有95.5％重点科室消毒隔离管理基本规范；供应室消毒管理符合率为79.1％；各级医疗机构均建立了医疗废物处理管理制度，但只有68．7％医疗废物包装物使用、运输和处理管理上符合规定要求；有医院污水处理系统占68，7％，检测合格率为44.8％；村卫生室、个体诊所法律法规和消毒隔离知识培训率分别为71．7％、70．6％。结论在传染病疫情管理、消毒隔离、医疗废物、污水处理及培训等方面需进一步加强管理，完善传染病防治工作。

Prevention of Infectious Diseases in Medical Treatment Organizations

OBJECTIVE To investigate the situation on prevention of infectious diseases in medical treatment organizations of Beijing, and improve the effect of infectious disease prevention and treatment. METHODS In our study,we selected 120 hospitals for examination on the prevention of infectious diseases. RESULTS Near all (98 5%) hospitals selected have built the system of hospital infection management and the reporting system of infectious diseases. The majority of key departments (95 5%) of hospitals were keeping standard in disinfection management. The fitting rate of Supply Section was 79 1%. The medical treatment organizations all have built the measures of the administration of medical wastes, but the fitting rate was 68 7%. The organization of hospital sewage disposal system was established in 68 7%, but the qualified rate was 44 8%. In village clinics and private clinics the training rate about the knowledge of law regulations and disinfections was 71 7% and 70 6%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS It is essential to strengthen the management in the infectious disease report, disinfections, medical wastes and sewage disposal in order to further improve the quality of prevention and control of infectious disease.
