汉、维吾尔族精神分裂症患者血清甲状腺激素水平对比研究

目的：探讨汉族与维族精神分裂症患者间甲状腺素T3、T4及TSH水平是否有差异。方法：141例精神分裂症患者作为实验组（汉族88例,维族53例）;192例在同一医院住院的非精神分裂症和非内分泌疾病患者作为对照组（汉族96例,维族96例）。对2组患者均进行血清T3、T4及TSH测定并进行比较。结果：2组中维族与汉族患者T3、T4及TSH水平测定均差异无统计学意义;2组间比较,实验组患者T3及T4均低于本民族的对照组（均P〈0.05）,TSH差异无显著性意义;结论：汉族、维族患者间血清甲状腺激素水平无显著变化;精神分裂症患者的甲状腺素有明显改变,可能由于神经递质遗传代谢紊乱所致。

Comparison of the Level of the Serum Thyroxine between the Han and the Uygur Nationality in Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective： To compare the level of the serum thyroxine （T3, T4 and TSH） between the Han and the Uygur nationality in patients with schizophrenia. Methods： One hundred and forty-one cases of schizophrenia （including 88 Han and 53 Uygur nationality patients） served as test group, and 192 cases of inpatients （including 96 Han and 96 Uygur nationality patients） with non-endocrine diseases or non-schizophrenia from the same hospital as control group. The levels of serum T3, T4 and TSH were determined in two groups. Results： The levels of serum T3, T4 and TSH had no significant difference between the Han and Uygur nationality patients in both the test group and control group （all P〉 0.05）, but the levels of serum T3 and T4 in the test group were significantly lower than those of the control group （all P〉0.05）. Conclusion： There are abnormal functions of thypothyroid in patients with schizophrenia, but there is no significant difference in thyroxine level between Han and Uygur nationality patients.
