全麻下硬支气管镜灌洗治疗小儿支气管异物并肺炎的疗效分析

目的探讨小儿支气管异物并肺炎的治疗方法及其疗效。方法一组病例于全麻下硬支气管镜取异物，术后予抗炎治疗；另一组病例于全麻下硬支气管镜取异物后加行支气管灌洗，术后并行抗炎治疗。结果取异物后灌洗组较未灌洗组治愈时间平均缩短3—5天。结论全麻下硬支气管镜取异物后加支气管灌洗治疗合并症肺炎是一种有效的方法。

The therapeutic effect of bronchial lavation via bronchoscope under general anesthesia on pneumonia complicated from retentive bronchial foreign body in children

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of bronchial lavation via bronchoscope under general anesthesia on pneumonia complicated from retentive bronchial foreign body in children. Methods Children cases with foreign body in bronchi complicated with pneumonia were divided into two groups, with one group treated by foreign body removing via bronchoscopy under general anesthesia plus post-operative anti-inflammatory therapy and the other group treated also by such a same procedure combined with bronchial lavation during bronchoscopy. Then, the therapeutic effects on the lesion were compared between the two groups. Results The avearge days of curative period were 3-5 days shortened among the cases with bronchial lavation during the operating process than those without this step of operation. Conclusions Bronchial lavation following foreign body removing via bronchoscope ismore effective than usual therapeutic procedures for the treatment of pneumonia complicated from retentive bronchial foreign body in children.
