外伤性增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的玻璃体手术治疗

分析外伤性增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的玻璃体手术疗效，对后路切除晶体，裂孔边缘处理，硅油注入方式等技术进行探讨。方法：玻璃手术治疗１００例１０１眼外伤性增殖性玻璃体；高网膜病变，随访１－３０个月。结果：视力增进７７例７８眼，６８例合并视网膜脱离，完全复位５２例。结论玻璃体手术是外伤性增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的最有效治疗方法。

Treatment of traumatic of proliferative vitreoretinopathy by vitreoretinal surgery

objective: Traumatic proliferative vitreoretinopathy were treated by vitre-oretinal surgery, and the results were analyzed in here. The questions were dis-cussed in this study,about that orystdles were excised in behind,edge of the holeswere handled, and the pattern that silicon oil were used. Methods: 100 cases 101eyes of traumatic proliferative vitreoretinopathy were treated and followed from 1 to30 months. Results: The vision of 77 cases 78 eyes improved. In 68 cases suffered byretinal detachment, 52 cases were completely reattached (76. 5 % ). Conclusions: Vit-reoretinal surgery is the most effective methods to treat the traumatic proliferativevitreoretinopathy.
