| 摘 要： | 基层妇幼卫生机构在提高妇幼人群的健康水平、满足妇幼人群的医疗保健需求方面发挥着重要作用。本次研究共调查１７个县、地市级妇幼卫生机构，２７个乡（镇）卫生院，５４个村卫生室。本文对我国城乡基层妇幼卫生保健机构的业务服务方式和内容及职能进行分析，并着重分析和评价农村基层妇幼卫生保健组织，据此提出建议和对策。

| Abstract: | Maternal and child health basic units are playing a important part in meeting the need of women and children health and raising their health level. In this study, 27 insti tutions of maternal and child health in county or city level,17 township hospitals,and 54 village clinics were investigated.We analysed their service model,the service content and the service funtion, We emphatically analysed and evaluted the basic maternal and child health units. On the base, we put forward our proposal. |
