健康教育对小儿高热惊厥后再复发的影响

目的观察健康教育护理对小儿高热惊厥后再复发的影响，总结护理经验。方法回顾分析2008年1～10月收治入我院的115例高热惊厥患儿的临床资料，其中65例为干预组，50例为对照组。两组均经快速建立静脉通道、迅速止惊、保持呼吸道通畅、给氧、及时降温、加强监护等处理，干预组给予额外的健康教育护理干预，跟踪观察两组患儿2年内高热惊厥的复发情况。结果65例干预组患儿2年内2例高热惊厥复发，复发率3-3％（2／65）；对照组50例患儿2年内12例高热惊厥复发，复发率24．0％（12／50）（x^2=l1．571，P〈O．05）。结论健康教育护理对小儿高热惊厥的预后具有积极的影响，应加强对高热惊厥患儿家长做好健康教育宣传护理工作：

The Influence of Health Education for Children with Fever Convulsion

Objective To observe the influence of health education for children with fever convulsions, to summarize the nursing experience. Methods Clinical data of 65 children with fever convulsions in our hospital from January 2008 to October 2008 were reviewed, One hundred and fifteen cases children with fever convulsion were divided into two groups, 65 cases in intervention group, and other 50cases in control group. The rapid intravenous channel were established, quickly check, keeping respiratory tract unobstructed, to supply oxygen, reduce body temperature quickly, to strengthen monitoring in two groups, and health education and care treatment later etc. The extra health education nursing intervention were given in intervention group. The recurrence rate of convulsion with high fever in 2 years was observed. Results There were 2 cases relapsed convulsion with high fever in 65 patients of intervention group in 2 years, recurrence rate is 3.3%. （ 2/65 ）, and the recurrence rate in control group is 24.0% （ 12/50 ） There was a significant difference between two geoups. （ x^2=11.571, P 〈 0.01 ）.Conclusion Health care education for children convulsion with high fever has a positive impact in prognosis, health education propaganda nursing should be strengthened in children with high fever convulsion
