摘    要:目的:应用MATLAB求算静脉注射给药的药动学参数。方法:利用MATLAB的inline和nlinfit命令进行非线性拟合,求解药动学参数。结果:MATLAB可方便快速求解静脉注射给药途径下的各个药动学参数,结果与3P97计算结果相当。结论:本方法操作简便、界面直观、结果可靠、易于推广,可用于临床教学或实验中药动学参数的计算。

Abstract:Objective: To calculate pharmacokinetic parameters by intravenous injection based on MATLAB. Methods:To calculate pharmacokinetic parameters mainly using the commands of "inline" and "linfit" . Results: MATLAB can be used to directly calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters, with calculation results in line with those calculated based on 3P97. Conclusion: The established method is simple, direct-viewing, reliable and easy to be operated and popularized, and it can be used to calculate pharmacokinetic parameters in clinical teaching or experiments.
