冠心舒通胶囊治疗急性脑梗塞致脑心综合征疗效观察

目的：观察冠心舒通胶囊治疗急性脑梗塞致脑心综合征临床疗效。方法：将60例急性脑梗塞致脑心综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，均给予肠溶阿司匹林片100mg口服、血塞通注射液400mg静滴，每日1次，两组梗塞面积大、颅压增高则同时配合甘露醇治疗。治疗组同时1：2服冠心疏通胶囊3粒，每日3次，疗程为2周。监测两组患者治疗前后心电图、心肌酶及症状、体征变化，并予以对比分析。结果：治疗组总有效率为93．3％，明显高于对照组的73．3％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后治疗组心律失常纠正、心肌酶学下降、ST—T改变均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：冠心舒通胶囊用于治疗急性脑梗塞致脑心综合征，能有效改善患者心电图、心肌酶及症状体征。

Guanxin Dredging Capsule in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction Syndrome Induced by Cerebral Heart

Objective：To observe the Guanxin Shutong Capsule in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction clinical curative effect induced brain heart syndrome. Methods ： 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction induced brain heart syndrome were randomly dividedinto treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group, both groups were treated with enteric coated Aspirin Tablets 100mg oral, Xuesaitong injection 400mg intravenous drip, 1 times a day, two groups of infarction area, increased intracranial pressure, at the same time with the mannitol treatment. Treatment group oral Guanxin dredge 3 capsules, 3 times daily, for 2 weeks. Changes of electrocardiogram, myocardial enzymes and symptoms, signs were monitored before and after treatment in the twogroups, and give a comparative analysis. Results： the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%, significantly higher than 73.3% in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05） ; after treatment, arrhythmia, myocardial enzymes decreased, correct ST-T changes were superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Coronary Heart Shutong Capsule for the treatment of cerebral cardiac syndrome induced by acute cerebral infarction race, can effectively improve the myocardial enzyme and electrocardiogram in patients with symptoms, signs.
