HPLC法测定冠脉康浓缩丸中芍药苷含量

目的：采用HPLC法测定冠脉康浓缩丸中的芍药苷含量.方法：采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为岛津C18柱（4.6mm×150 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1％磷酸溶液（15：85）,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为40℃,检测波长为230nm.结果：芍药苷在0.005 5～0.044 0mg·mL-1浓度范围内与其峰面积积分呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 2,平均加样回收率为99.65％,RSD=1.06％.结论：该方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于冠脉康浓缩丸中芍药苷的含量测定,可有效控制该制剂质量.

Determination of Peoniflorin in Concentrated Pill of Guanmaikang by HPLC

Objective：To establish a HPLC method to determine peoniflorin in concentrated pill of Guangmaikang. Methods：The chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column maintained at 40℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile （A） and 0.1% phosphoric acid （B） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the mobile phase ratio （A ： B） was 15 ： ：85, and the detector wavelength was 230nm. Results, Peoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 005 5-0. 044 0mg·mL-1 , r 0. 999 2. The average recovery was 99.65% and RSD was 1.06 %. Conclusion ： The methods are available with a good reproducibility and can control the quality of this preparation effectively.
