摘    要:目的:采用HPLC法测定冠脉康浓缩丸中的芍药苷含量.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为岛津C18柱(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85),流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为40℃,检测波长为230nm.结果:芍药苷在0.005 5~0.044 0mg·mL-1浓度范围内与其峰面积积分呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 2,平均加样回收率为99.65%,RSD=1.06%.结论:该方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于冠脉康浓缩丸中芍药苷的含量测定,可有效控制该制剂质量.

Abstract:Objective:To establish a HPLC method to determine peoniflorin in concentrated pill of Guangmaikang. Methods:The chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column maintained at 40℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) and 0.1% phosphoric acid (B) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the mobile phase ratio (A : B) was 15 : :85, and the detector wavelength was 230nm. Results, Peoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 005 5-0. 044 0mg·mL-1 , r 0. 999 2. The average recovery was 99.65% and RSD was 1.06 %. Conclusion : The methods are available with a good reproducibility and can control the quality of this preparation effectively.
