| 摘 要： | 绞股蓝为传统中药,含有皂苷、黄酮类、糖类、萜类等多种化学成分,其主要药效成分绞股蓝皂甙具有广泛的药理作用,如降血脂、抗肿瘤、保护肝脏、预防衰老、提高免疫力等.近年来绞股蓝的主要成分已基本得到分离鉴定,其药理作用研究也有了很大的发展,对此进行了总结,为进一步研究和开发利用绞股蓝提供参考. |

| Abstract: | The traditional Chinese medicine of Gynostemma pentaphyllum, contains saponins, flavonoids, terpenoids, sugar and other chemical compositions, its main active component is Gypenosides, which has extensive pharmacological activities, such as lowering blood lipid, antitumor, protecting liver, anti-aging, improving immunity, In recent years, all major components of Gynostem ma has basically been elucidated, its pharmacological effect has also been greatly developed, which are summarized in this article pro vide a reference for further research and development and utilization of Gynostemma. |
