| 摘 要： | 目的：提高胰腺损伤的诊治水平。方法：回顾性总结胰腺损伤28例,按美国创伤外科学会提出的胰腺损伤分级标准：Ⅰ级10例,Ⅱ级8例,Ⅲ级4例,Ⅳ级4例,V级2例。均进行手术治疗。结果：术前诊断为胰腺损伤仅6例,占21．5％。治愈24例,死亡4例,病死率14．3％。结论：对胰腺损伤早期诊断、早期治疗、选择合理的术式,可降低其并发症和病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To elevate the ability to diagnose and manage the pancreatic trauma.Methods:Twenty-eight cases of pancreatic trauma were reviewed retro spectively. According to AAST 10 cases were of Grade Ⅰ,8 of Grade Ⅱ,4 of Grade Ⅲ,4 of Gra de Ⅳ and 2 of Grade Ⅴ.All patients were treated with surgery.Results:Preoperative diagnosis was made in only 6 cases(21.5%).Posto perative death occurred in 4 cases with a mortality of 14.3%.Conclusions:Early diagnosis,prompt treatment and rational operation can decrease the complications and mortality of pancreative trauma. |
