目的观察重组人骨形成蛋白2(rhBMP-2)对人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞迁移和侵袭能力的影响。方法以人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞株为研究对象,取对数期生长的SMMC-7721细胞随机分为4组:rhBMP-2200、400、600μg.L-1组和对照组。rhBMP-2200、400、600μg.L-1组分别加入rhBMP-2200、400、600μg.L-1,对照组加入2mLRPMI1640培养基。分别于12、24、48h后,用细胞划痕法检测细胞体外迁移能力,Transwell小室测定法检测细胞体外侵袭能力。结果rhBMP-2200、400、600μg.L-1组12、24、48hSMMC-7721细胞迁移率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且rhBMP-2200、400、600μg.L-1组各组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。rhBMP-2200、400、600μg.L-1组12、24、48hSMMC-7721细胞穿膜数与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),rhBMP-2200、400、600μg.L-1组各组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。rhBMP-2200、400...
