| 摘 要： | 目的:了解武汉市洪山区餐饮业从业人员HBV感染及肝功能状况,为该市乙肝防控提供依据。方法:对2005～2009年武汉市洪山区餐饮业从业人员HBsAg阳性率和ALT异常情况进行统计分析。结果:2005～2009年从业人员HBsAg阳性率分别为2.07%、2.0%、1.81%、1.67%、1.62%,17～岁年龄组携带率最高,而50～60年龄组偏低,男性高于女性。小餐馆从业人员携带率最高,而酒店、宾馆从业人员偏低。男性ALT异常率高于女性,小餐馆ALT异常率偏高,酒店、宾馆从业人员偏低。结论:武汉市洪山区应继续加强餐饮业从业人员的管理及乙肝防治知识的培训,提高乙肝疫苗接种率等干预措施,降低餐饮业从业人员的HBV携带率。
