林可霉素大孔吸附树脂工艺研究

摘    要:目的 林可霉素采用大孔吸附树脂法提取,降低丁醇消耗,降低B组分,提高收率。方法 通过对树脂进行筛选,考察了吸附量及上样浓度、流速、pH对吸附效果的影响和洗脱液浓度对洗脱效果的影响。结果 HZ-802型树脂对林可霉素吸附性能最好,吸附量为40mg/g湿树脂,洗脱率为96%,结论 工艺简单,操作简便,所得产品达到中国药典2005年版二部质量要求。

Abstract:Objective The influence factors of lincomycin hydrochloride purification process by marco-porous resin were discussed, this process can improve the rate of products and reduce the consume of materials. Methods With filtrating out resin, the adsorption quantity as the target and sample concentration, pH, flow rate as the parameters were studied. Results The results showed that HZ-802 resin had the most suitable quality for the purification. The adsorption capacity was 40mg/g(wet resin), the elution rate was 96%. Conclusion This process is easy and operation is simple. The quality of lincomycin can reach the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 Edition.
