| 摘 要： | 目的:提高对外伤性脑梗死的认识及诊断水平。方法:分析102例外伤性脑梗死的临床与CT表现。结果:44例头部CT平扫及时显示基底节内囊区或(和)脑叶低密度梗死灶;58例复查时始发现。表现为:单纯性脑梗死25例;合并脑挫伤或颅内血肿77例。结论:CT对外伤性脑梗死的诊断、预后及指导临床治疗有很大价值;首次检查未见脑梗死者CT的追踪观察有一定价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the cognition and diagnostic accuracy of traumatic cerebral infarction(TCI).Method The clinical and CT manifestation of 102 cases with TCI were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively.Results The cerebral infarction in basal ganglia and/or brain lobe was found instantaneously in 44 cases by CT scan,other 58 cases was found by CT re-examination.25 cases showed simple cerebral infarction,and other 77 cases comprised with cerebral contusion or intracranial hematoma.Conclusion CT is valuable in the diagnosis,prognosis and treatment of TCI.If cerebral infarction was not found by CT scan at first time,it should be followed-up by CT. |
