联用雷公藤多甙治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效观察

目的：对雷公藤多甙、复方丹参片加皮质激素联合治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎进行疗效分析。方法：将２１例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组用雷公藤多甙、复方丹参片、强的松联合治疗,对照组单用强的松治疗,观察临床表现实验检测指标及不良反应。结果：治疗组临床治愈率为２０％,总有效率为９０％,对照组总有效率４５．５％,两者有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：雷公藤多甙、复方丹参片、糖皮质激素联合治疗紫癜性肾炎疗效显著,值得推广。

Clinical observation of combined treatment of wiffordine, compound tanshine tablets and glucocorticoid on purpuric nephritis in children

Objective: To analyse the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of wilfordine, compound tanshine tablets and glucocorticoid on puprpuric nephritis in children. Methods: 21 cases of patients were divided into two groups:treatment and control. W wilfordine, compound tanshine tablets and prodnisone were used in treatment group. In control group, only prodnisone was used. Results: The cure rate was 20%, the effective late 90% in heatment group; The effective rate was 45. 5% in control group, there was significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01). Conclusion: The combined treatment of wilfordine, compound tanshine tablets and glucocorticoid on purpuric nephritis results good.
