From 1982 to 1992, the authors reported 7 cases of reconstruction of elbow flexion with the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap, these patients were followed up from 8 months to 8 years, and the results were all satisfactory, Indications, technique and attentions in the operation were discussed in this paper. |
