抗苗勒管激素与多囊卵巢综合征相关性研究

摘    要:目的研究并分析抗苗勒管激素(AMH)与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的相关性。方法选取PCOS组和对照组育龄妇女各60例作为研究对象,测量研究对象的身高、体重,计算体重指数(BMI),测定研究对象的血清AMH、雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、泌乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)、雄烯二酮水平(A),计算LH/FSH,分析各指标与AMH的相关性;测定双侧卵巢卵泡数(FN),分析其与AMH的相关性;测定空腹血糖(FPG)、血清空腹胰岛素(FIN),计算稳态模型胰岛素抵抗(HOMA—IR)指数,分析其与AMH的相关性。结果PCOS组患者BMI、LH、LH/FSH、睾酮、雄烯二酮、FIN、HOMA—IR、FN、AMH值均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);2组的血清AMH水平均与FN呈正相关,PCOS组患者血清AMH水平还与睾酮、雄烯二酮、FIN、HOMA—IR呈正相关。结论PCOS患者的血清AMH水平显著高于非PCOS者;PCOS患者AMH水平与睾酮、雄烯二酮、FN、FIN、HOMA—IR呈正相关。

A study on the correlation between anti -MiiUerian hormone and polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between anti -Mtillerian hormone (AMH) and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods Sixty PCOS patients and sixty healthy women in childbearing ages were enrolled the eur- rent study and their following data were measured, including height, weight, the levels of serum AMH, estradiol ( E2 ) , luteinizing hormone (LH) , follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) , prolactin (PRL) , testosterone (T) , and androstenedi- one (A). Then, the values of BMI and LH/FSH were calculated, while the correlations between the above measurements and AMH were analyzed. Also, follicle numbers (FN) in bilateral ovaries were examined to analyze its relationship with AMH. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and fasting insulin (FIN) in serum were determined to calculate the index of ho- meostasis model assessment of insulin resistance ( HOMA - IR) and its relationship with AMH. Results PCOS patients produced remarkably high quantities of BMI, LH, LH/FSH, T, A, FIN, AMH, HOMA - IR and FN than these in the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The level of serum AMH was positively correlated with that of FN in both groups. Meanwhile, the level of serum AMH in PCOS patients ere positively correlated with those of T, A, FIN and HOMA - IR. Conclusion The levels of serum AMH in the PCOS group are significantly higher than those in the control group. Moreover, posi- tive correlations between the level of serum AMH and T, A, FN, FIN and HOMA - IR are found in PCOS patients.
