宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术诊治输卵管性不孕的观察与护理

目的探讨宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术诊断、治疗输卵管性不孕的疗效与护理。方法对120例输卵管性不孕患者予宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术进行诊治，并在手术前后配合相应的护理干预。结果120例患者均成功完成宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术，手术时间（50．8±19．1）min，术中出血（26．5±9．3）ml，术后住院（6．1±0．8）天。术中、术后无并发症发生。随访（19．1±4．2）个月，失访13例，随访率89．2％（107／120），共有62例患者受孕，妊娠率57．9％（62／107）。结论宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合诊治输卵管性不孕直观而准确，良好的护理干预可以进一步提高输卵管通畅率，提高妊娠率，减少并发症发生率。

Observation and nursing of combined laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of tubal infertility

Objective To investigate the efficacy and nursing of combined laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery to treat tubal infertility. Methods A total of 120 patients with tubal infertility received combined hysteroscopic and laparo- scopic surgery. Meanwhile, corresponding nursing was carried out before and after surgery. Results Combined hystero- seopic and laparoscopic surgery was successfully finished in all patients. The operation time was （ 50.8 ± 19. 1 ） rain. The volume of intraoperative hemorrhage was （ 26.5 ± 9.3 ） ml. The postoperative stay in hospital was （ 6.1 -± 0.8 ） days. No complication was found during and after surgery. The follow- up visit lasted （19.1 ±4.2） months and 13 patients were out of contact, with a follow- up rate of 89.2% （107/120）. A total of 62 patients were pregnant, with a pregnant rate of 57.9% （ 62/107 ）. Conclusion The treatment of tubal infertility with combined hysteroscopic and lapa- roscopie surgery is direct and accurate. A good nursing service can further improve the condition of oviduct and increase pregnant rates, which reducing the incidence of complications.
