青光眼滤过术后前房形成良好的持续性低眼压

目的 观察青光眼滤过性手术后持续性低眼压(<10mmHg)对视功能的影响。方法 回顾性分析滤过性手术后前房形成良好的持续性低眼压病例,对其原因、影响视力因素、低眼压及其并发症的治疗及预防进行分析。结果 52％眼球组织和功能无明显改变;48％因散光、白内障加重及低眼压性黄斑病变而引起视力障碍,通过积极治疗大部分病例视力提高。结论滤过性术后前房形成良好的低眼压不同程度的影响眼视功能,低眼压的持续时间决定低眼压纠正后的视力预后。滤过性术后持续性低眼压通过有效治疗能提高视力且可进行预防。

Persistent ocular hypotomy in patients with good anterior chamber development after filtering operation for glaucoma

Objective To observe the influence of persistent ocular hypotomy after filtering operation on visual function. Methods Cases of persistent ocular hypotomy, who had developed good anterior chamber after filtering operation,were analyzed retrospectively, with regards to causes of hypotomy, its influences on visual function as well as its prevention and management. Results In 52% cases, there was no obvious histological or functional change of the eyeball. In 48% cases, vision impairment resulting from astigma, worsened cataract and hypotonous maeulopathy improved after treatment. Conclusion After filtering operation ocular hypotomy impairs vision to different degrees; the duration of hypotomy determines the prognosis of vision after correction of hypotomy; hypotomy can be prevented and managed.
