| 摘 要： | 采用临床随机对照方法,结合实验室对甘露醇输注前后血清渗透压的检测,观察小剂量甘露醇对急性脑血管病的治疗效果。结果表明,小剂量与常规剂量疗效相仿,而避免了副作用的发生。 |

| Abstract: | This study investigated the therapeutic effect of small doese of mannitol on acute cerebral vascular diseases, by used the method of clinical random contrast, combined to observed the changes of serum osmotic pressure before and after infusion of mannitol. We found that small doses of mannitol were as effective in the trcatment of acute cerebral vascular diseases as standard doses were, it avoided the drug's side effects which occured more often otherwise. |
