针刺面瘫穴加马钱子外敷治疗周围性面瘫疗效观察

[目的]观察针刺面瘫穴加马钱子外敷治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。[方法]治疗组114例,对照组102例。治疗组取患侧面瘫穴,留针30min,外敷马钱子粉0.5g,加蛋清调糊状敷于患侧面部,每晚1次,1周为1个疗程。对照组常规疗法,地塞米松10mg/d,连用7～10天,配合维生素B_1等。[结果]治疗组治愈99例,好转13例,无效2例;对照组44例,好转31例,无效27例。[结论]针刺面瘫穴加马钱子外敷治疗周围性面瘫,有利于面神经功能及早恢复。
