摘 要: | 目的:研究糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)在不同阶段形态改变时视网膜振荡电位(OP)的动态变化,为DR的早期诊断及病程进展预测提供客观的检测依据。方法:对确诊的2型糖尿病患者用检眼镜检查进行筛选,以眼底荧光素血管造影(FFA)进行明确分期,对各期病人在3年内定期行糖化血红蛋白测定(6次)、行视网膜震荡电位检查(2次),最后1次检测配合眼底荧光素血管造影检查。结果:视网膜振荡电位(OP)总波幅降低幅度<10.64±4.94uv(约<7.29%),可作为预测视网膜病变未进展的参考值;OP总波幅下降幅度>31.62±9.73uv(约>22.23%),则可作为预测2型糖尿病人发生DR或DR发生进展的依据。视网膜振荡电位(OP)总波幅降低程度与糖尿病视网膜病变病程进展有密切相关性。结论:OP的监测可预测DR的发展。

Abstract: | Objective:Study on diabetic retinopathy(diabetic retinopathy,DR) at various stages of morphological changes in retinal oscillatory potentials(Op) of the dynamic changes,understanding of diabetic retinopathy and morphological changes of functional characteristics and the relation,for the early diagnosis and predict disease progression provide an objective basis for testing.Methods:Ophthalmoscope examination for screening patients with typeⅡ diabetes.In this study,clear phases was limited by fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA).Each patient of three-year period regularly measured glycosylated hemoglobin six times and the retinae potentials two times,the final tests with a fundus fluorescein angiography,and analysis these results.Results:When retinal oscillatory potentials(Op) decrease the total amplitude of<10.6±4.9uV,it can not predict the progress of retinopathy of reference value;Op overall decrease in amplitude of>31.6 ±9.7uV,may predict the occurrence of typeⅡdiabetes occurred DR or DR progress.Conclusion:OP combined to predict the development of diabetic retinopathy. |
