中医辨证治疗慢性支气管炎肺气肿对照研究

[目的]观察中医辨证治疗慢性支气管炎肺气肿的临床效果。[方法]选取200例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组100例,治疗组采用中医宣肺化痰止咳的辨证治疗方法,对照组常规西医治疗,治疗30d后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组有效率91.00%,对照组69.00%,治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医辨证治疗能够调节慢性支气管炎肺气肿患者的体内环境,达到虚实平衡,缓解治疗病情。

TCM Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis and Emphysema in Case-Control Study

[Objective]To observe the TCM treatment of chronic bronchitis,emphysema and clinical effect.[Methods]Select 200 cases,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,100 cases in each group,the treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of Xuanfei Huatan Zhike method,the control group conventional western medicine treatment,after 30d treatment curative effect.[Results]The effective rate of treatment group 91%,69% in the control group,treatment group treatment is superior to the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]Of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic bronchitis patients with emphysema can regulate the in vivo environment,achieve the actual balance,relieve or cure illness.
