摘    要:目的鉴定本氏木兰挥发性组分并研究其是否有抗菌能力。方法通过水蒸汽蒸馏萃取法和超临界萃取法提取了本氏木兰中的挥发性物质,并利用气相色谱-质谱来确定挥发性成分,采用归-化法得出组分百分含量。用不同极性溶剂蒸馏提取本氏木兰中不同极性的组分,用4种细菌考察了不同极性组分的抗菌作用。结果用超临界萃取法和水蒸汽蒸馏提取组分大致相同,但组分含量差异较大。强极性和非极性组分有较好的抗菌能力。结论本氏木兰有较高的药用价值,值得深入开展研究。

Abstract:Objective To identify the volatile compounds of Indigofera bungeana and study its antibacterial effects, Methods Steam distillation and supercritical fluid extraction were used to obtain the volatile compounds. The volatile components was identified by GC-MS and quantified with normalization method. The different polar components were obtained with various solvents. Four kinds of bacteria were used to test the antibacterial capacity of different components of Indigofera bungeana. Results Similar components with different concentrations were obtained from steam distillation and supercritical fluid extraction. Components with strongest or weakest polar had better antibacterial behavior. Conclusion The findings reveal that indigofera bungeana is a valuable traditional medicine and worth further study.
