| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对直肠癌患者焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法:选择择期手术患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组各50例,对照组实行一般常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实行护理干预,采用SDS(抑郁自评量表)、SAS(焦虑自评量表)对两组患者进行调查分析。结果:干预后的观察组和未经干预的对照组患者的焦虑抑郁发生率及评分结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:对直肠癌患者实行护理干预能减轻其焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：Discussion of nursing intervention on cancer patients the impact of anxiety and depression. Methods： Choice of surgery in patients with 100cases ,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,application of the general control group of conventional care, the observation group in the conventional care based on nursing intervention,using SAS,SDS to investigate two groups of patients analyzed. Results：Observed after the intervention group and control group without the intervention of anxiety and depression in patients with the incidence and score the results of comparison（ P 〈 0.05 ）, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion ： On the implementation of nursing intervention in patients with rectal cancer can reduce the anxiety and depression ,improve patient duality of life. |
