| 摘 要： | 目的探讨牵引下手法整脊治疗颈性眩晕症临床规范治疗技术。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组采用牵引下手法整脊治疗;对照组采用传统推拿加牵引治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95.45%优于对照组的88.37%（P〈0.05）;2组收缩峰期血流速度（Vp）和舒张末期血流速度（Vm）,治疗后均较治疗前显著上升（P〈0.05）。结论牵引下手法整脊,是安全简便且操作重复性强的适宜技术。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the traction manipulation chiropractic treatment for cervical vertigo clinical standard technology. Methods The 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases）, using traction massage therapy; the control group （30 cases）, using the traditional massage therapy with traction. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.45 %, control group was 88.37 %, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05） ;the two groups＇ peak systolic velocity （Vp） and end diastolic phase flow velocity （Vm）, after treatment signifi- cantly increased, has statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Traction massage is safety and easy operation, less complications and more repetitive operation of appropriate technologies. |
