通经活络法针刺治疗老年抑郁症

目的观察通经活络法针刺治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组采用通经活络法针刺（选穴：百会、安眠、内关、合谷、太冲、神门）治疗,对照组采用常规头部按摩疗法。结果治疗组痊愈10例,显效12例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%。对照组痊愈6例,显效9例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率83.3%。2组比较,P〈0.05。结论通经活络法针刺治疗老年抑郁症可有效改善患者焦虑、失眠、情绪低落等症状,无不良反应。

The meridians acupuncture in the treatment of senile depression

Objective To observe tile clinical curative effect through the meridians acupuncture in the treatment of senile depression. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, each 30 cases, the treatment group by using collaterals acupuncture （choose acupoint ： Baihui, Sleeping, Inner Pass, Hegu, Taichong, Shenmen） treatment, the control group with normal head massage therapy. Results The treatment group cured 10 cases, 12 markedly effective cases, 6 effective cases, 2 invalid cases, and the total efficiency is 93.3 %. The control group cured 6 cases, markedly effective in 9 cases, effective 10, invalid 5 cases, and the total efficiency is 83.3 %. Compare the effect of the treatment group with the control group, the difference is significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Through the activate collaterals acupuncture for the treatment of senile depression can effectively improve patients＇ anxiety, insomnia, depression and other symptoms and no adverse reaction occurred during the treatment.
