| 摘 要： | 脑缺血是一种多因素导致的炎性反应性疾病,大量的炎症细胞因子参与其中。炎症反应参与了脑缺血的整个过程,而炎症细胞因子作为炎症反应介质起着重要作用,因此调节炎症细胞因子,减少炎症损伤是预防脑缺血发生发展的关键。研究表明,中药能改善脑缺血,可阻断炎性递质活化,从而阻断脑缺血的发生和发展。

| Abstract: | Cerebral ischemia is an inflammatory disease resulting in a multi factor, large amounts of inflammatory cytokines involved. Inflammation is throughout of the whole process of cerebral ischemia, and inflammatory cytokines play an important role as a inflammatory reaction medium, thus regulating inflammatory cytokines, reduce inflammation injury can prevent occurrence and development of cerebral ischemia. Studies indicate that Traditional Chinese medicine can improve the cerebral ischemia, can block the activation of inflammatory mediators, thereby blocking the occurrence and development of cerebral ischemia. |
