桂枝配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的建立桂枝配方颗粒的高效液相指纹图谱,为桂枝配方颗粒的鉴别及其质量控制提供实验依据。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为280 nm;柱温20℃;流速0.8 m L/min。结果建立了桂枝配方颗粒的高效液相指纹图谱,以16号峰为参照峰确定了桂枝配方颗粒的16个共有峰,并指认出了原儿茶酸、肉桂酸,对照指纹图谱色谱峰丰富,分离度高,相似性好。结论该方法方便可靠,可用于桂枝配方颗粒的鉴别、质量评价与控制。

HPLC fingerprint analysis of cinnamomi ramulus formula granules

Abstract:Objective To establish the fingerprint of Cinnamomi Ramulus Formula Granules for identifying and evaluating its quality by HPLC. Methods The HPLC analysis was carried out in Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 280 nm; the column temperature was 20 ℃ and the flow rate was 0.8 mL· min^-1. Re,tilts 16 peaks were selected as the character fingerprint peaks of Cinnamomi Ramulus Formula Granules with the identified of Protocatechuic acid and Cinnamic acid. Good similarities were found in the established fingerprint through similarity analysis and the resolution was good. Conclusion The method is convenient and reliable and can be used as the quality control for Cinnamomi Ramulus Formula Granules.
