卵巢早衰易感基因研究

摘    要:
目前,卵巢早衰的发病机制尚未明确,与遗传、免疫、环境、医源性和不良生活习惯等因素均有关,临床表现复杂,且涉及多个器官。治疗方面,西医主要是采用激素替代疗法;中医药治疗则着眼于辨证论治,并注重防治远期并发症。近年来研究发现,越来越多的候选基因通过影响下丘脑垂体卵巢轴的内分泌信号调控途径,从而导致本病的发生。

Abstract:
The pathogenesis of premature ovarian failure is not clear yet, but it mostly with genetic factors, immune, environ- mental, iatrogenic and unhealthy living habits, clinical manifestations are complex and involve multiple organs. In treatment, Western medicine is mainly used hormone replacement therapy; Chinese medicine treatment is focused on diagnosis and treatment, and focus on the prevention of long-term complications. Recent studies have found that a growing number of candi- date genes regulated by endocrine signaling pathways under the influence of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, leading to the occurrence of the disease.
