医疗设备购置内部风险控制管理系统设计与应用

目的设计医疗设备购置内部风险控制管理系统,探索建立政府采购活动内部控制制度,推进政府采购制度改革,落实医疗设备依法采购,实现医疗设备购置关键环节风险管控。方法结合医院工作实际,调整采购流程,采用B/S架构和Java语言进行编程设计。结果通过该软件可以实现从预算控制、计划编制、采购实施、履约验收、采购档案等全流程采购内部风险的管控,及采购管理信息化。结论系统的应用能够对采购环节风险进行控制,有效降低采购风险,提高采购效率,提升医院医疗设备采购管理水平。

Design and Application of Internal Risk Control Management System for Medical Equipment Purchase

Objective To explore the establishment of an internal control system for government procurement activities,implement the legal procurement of medical equipment,and realize the risk control of key links in the procurement of medical equipment by designing the internal risk control management system for medical equipment purchases.Methods Combined with the actual work of the hospital,the procurement process was adjusted,and the B/S architecture and Java language were used for programming design.Results The management and control of procurement internal risks from the entire process of budget control,planning preparation,procurement implementation,performance acceptance,procurement files,and procurement informationization were realized through this management system.Conclusion The application of the management system can control the risks in the procurement process,effectively reduce the procurement risks and improve the procurement efficiency,so as to improve the level of hospital medical equipment procurement management.
