| 摘 要： | 目的 研究益智汤对转基因阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型小鼠脑组织超微结构的影响,探讨益智汤治疗AD的作用机制.方法 APP695转基因小鼠分为AD模型组和益智汤治疗组,同月龄同背景转基因阴性小鼠为正常对照组.3个月后,使用电镜技术观察各组小鼠脑组织海马超微结构的变化.结果 与对照组比较,模型组小鼠海马神经细胞出现线粒体和突触损伤,血脑屏障结构异常.益智汤组小鼠神经细胞病理变化有所减轻.结论 APP695转基因小鼠脑组织超微结构出现病理变化,益智汤可通过减轻神经元线粒体和突触的损伤及改善血脑屏障的功能来维持神经细胞结构和功能的正常. |
