中医学院护理专业办学思路探讨

中医学院开办护理专业已经20多年,但中医护理特色如何体现,一直比较困难,本文作者从中医学院护理系的教育教学模式、师资方面、教材方面指出了存在问题及解决方法。同时根据护理专业特点及中医学院自身条件阐述了今后在不脱离中医特色的基础上也要根据市场需要发展急救、社区等护理人才,积极探索有利于提高护生素质和学习效率的教改方案。
