| 摘 要： | 用酶联免疫吸附法￣３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法探讨了可溶性白细胞介素－２受体（Ｓｏｌｕｂｌｅｉｎｔｅｒｌｅｕｋｉｎ２ｒｅｃｅｐｔｏｒ，ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）与ｒＩＬ－２的结合特性以及ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ对ＩＬ－２依赖性ＣＴＬＬ－２细胞、ＰＨＡ激活的正常人外周血淋巴细胞增殖反应的作用，结果显示ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ保持了与ｒＩＬ－２结合的特性。在体外ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ对ＰＨＡ诱导正常人ＰＢＬ增殖以及ＣＴＬＬ－２细胞、ＰＨＡ－ＰＢＬ对ＩＬ－２依赖性增殖均有明显的抑制作用，尤其高浓度的ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ抑制作用更为突出。 |

| Abstract: | It has been showed that sIL-2R is present in Vivo,at low levels in the sera and urine of healthy per-sons and may have important biological effects. This paper was undertaken to study the effects of sIL-2Ron IL-2 dependent CTLL-2 cells and PHA activated normal human peripheral blood lymphocytes prolifera-tion. The mechanism was also discussed. |
