枸橼酸钠对家兔颈动脉窦区呼吸抑制的敏感性实验观察

摘    要:向颈动脉窦区注入枸橼酸钠,可以引起实验家兔呼气性呼吸频率变慢和呼吸抑制。其作用机理是枸橼酸钠刺激了颈动脉窦区感受器,通过迷走神经传入呼吸中枢引起的。至于颈动脉窦区感受器对枸橼酸钠的最小敏感量及致死量尚未见报道。经实验证实其最小敏感量为0.032mg/kg/min,从而对临床用药及饮料配制提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Injection of sodium-citrate via the common carotid artery to the carotid sinus caused inhibition of respiration (apnea or lowering of rhythm)in most rabbitsobserved.Its functional mechanism is that Na-citrate has stimulated the carotid sinus through the vagus nerve to the respiratory centre. The minimum rnmber of sensibibility and death of carotid sinus to Na-citrate hasn't been ueported The aim of this experiment is to find out the influence of the minimum sensility of 0.81/kg/min to respiration, and thus to provide theory for clinical medication and the preparation of drinks.
