皮肌炎64例临床分析

目的探讨皮肌炎的临床特点。方法回顾性分析64例皮肌炎患者的临床资料。结果患者51．6％以皮炎为首发症状。96．9％有四肢近端肌无力，3．1％有呼吸肌受累，25．0％有心电图异常及心肌损害，20．3％有间质性肺炎，乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）和肌酸磷酸激酶（CK）阳性率分别为100．0％和39．1％，肌肉病理肌炎性和肌电图肌原性改变分别占87．5％和78．1％，合并肺癌、鼻咽癌各1例；死亡7例，分别死于恶性肿瘤、呼吸肌受累、肺部感染或间质性肺炎。结论皮肌炎的临床表现主要是四肢近端肌无力、皮炎、LDH阳性，死因主要是呼吸肌受累肺部感染。

Clinical Analysis on 64 Cases of DM

Objective The objective is to discuss the clinical features of DM. Methods Retrospective analysis on documents of 64 DM cases were made. Results The first symptom of 51.6% patients was cutitis, of whom, 96.9% with muscle weakness proximal, 3.1% respiratory muscle tiredness, 25.0% electrocardiographic abnormality and 20.3% IP Masccline rate of LDH and CK were 100% and 39.1% successively. Muscle pathology sarcitis and EMG myogenous change took up 87.5% and 78.1%. There were 1 LC complication, 1 NPC and 7 death of malignant tumor, respiratory muscle tiredness, pulmonary infection or IP. Conclusion DM is often reflected as muscle weakness proximal, cutitis and LDH positive and patients die of pulmonary infection after respiratory muscle tiredness.
