摘    要:我国县级公立医院试点公共财政和医疗保险的双重混合补偿机制。我国县级公立医院应推公共财政和医疗保险的双向分类补偿机制。公共财政和医疗保险的双重混合补偿机制与双向分类补偿机制,存在着较大差异和明显优劣,将公共财政和医疗保险的双重混合补偿机制转换为双向分类补偿机制,是县级公立医院长效补偿机制创构的必然选择。

Abstract:The pilot doublemixed compensation mechanism of public property and medical insurance is practiced in public hospitals at county level and the twoway compensation mechanism of public property and medical insurance should be promoted in public hospitals at county level. There are big differences and obvious advantages and disadvantages in doublemixed compensation mechanism and the twoway compensation mechanism of public property and medical insur ance. The inevitable choice of the construction of the longterm compensation mechanism in public hospitals at county level is to transform doublemixed compensation mechanism into the twoway compensation mechanism of public property and medical insurance.
