| Abstract: | With the current shortage of nurses nationwide and the reform on medical system,contract nurse has been the main force in medical nursing team. However, there are many problems in management. The authors summarize the reasons for contract nurses, the problems in management and the current study for the purpose of providing help for the relevant departments of nursing human resource management. |
