电视宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫纵隔24例

目的：评估电视宫腔镜电切术在治疗子宫纵隔中的作用。方法：回顾性分析24例子宫纵隔患者接受电视宫腔镜下子宫纵隔电切术后的效果。结果：在24例子宫纵隔患者中，8例为子宫完全纵隔，16例为子宫不完全纵隔，5例同时合并有完全阴道纵隔，9例在超声及腹腔镜共同监视下完成手术，15例仅在超声监视下完成手术，平均手术时间36min，平均出血75ml，无子宫穿孔，肠管损伤等严重并发症发生，平均住院时间4d，经2－24月随访，术后妊娠19例，其中13例已足月妊娠分娩，足月活产率54．2％，结论：电视宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫纵隔是一种安全，有效，并且有首选的治疗方法。

Television Hysteroscopic Resection in the Treatment of Uterine Septum

Objective: To evaluate the results of television hysteroscopic resection in 24 women with uterine septum. Method: 24 cases with uterine septum were retrospectively analysed after television hysteroscopic resection. Results: Among this group, 8 cases have complete uterine septum and 16 cases incomplete uterine septum. 15 patients received television hysteroscopic resection of uterine septum under the monitoring of B-type ultrasound and laparoscopy, 15 patients received television hysteroscopic resectiononly under the monitoring of B-type ultrasound. All operations were successful, no uterine perforation or intestinal injury occurred. The average time for operation was 36 minutes, the average blood loss was 75ml, the time of hospitalization was 4 days, 19 patients have pregnancy after operation, 13 cases had full-term delivery. Conclusions: Television hysteroscopic resection is a safe and effective treatment for uterine septum.
