奥硝唑联合盆腔操治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效及对血清相关免疫因子水平的影响

目的:探讨盆腔操联合奥硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及对血清相关免疫因子水平的影响。方法:选择2016年1月-2017年3月本院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者120例,随机分为对照组和联合治疗组(联合组)各60例。对照组单纯给予奥硝唑治疗,联合组在对照组治疗的基础上联合盆腔操治疗,两组患者均治疗20d。评价两组患者临床疗效,检测并比较两组患者治疗前后血清相关肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)水平,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组总有效率(93.3%)高于对照组(76.7%)(χ2=6.536,P=0.011)。两组治疗前血清TNF-α、IL-10、IL-2、MDA及SOD水平比较无差异(P0.05),治疗后两组血清TNF-α、IL-10、IL-2及MDA平均水平均下降,SOD平均水平均升高,且联合组变化优于对照组(P0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较无差异(χ2=0.536,P=0.464)。结论:盆腔操联合奥硝唑提高了治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效,并调整了患者机体相关免疫因子水平,且安全性较好,值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of pelvic gymnastics combined with ornidazole for treating women with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on level of associated serum immune factors

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of pelvic gymnastics combined with ornidazole to treating women with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on level of associated serum immune factors.Methods:A total of 120 women with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in Yiling Hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into the treatment group (n=60) and the control group (n=60) randomly.The women in treatment group were treated by pelvic gymnastics combined with ornidazole,and the women in control group were treated by ornidazole only.The patients in both groups were treated for 20 days.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups after treatment.The level of TNF-α,IL-10,IL-2,MDA and SOD in serum of women in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The adverse reaction during treatment of women in the two groups were also compared.Results:The total efficacy rate of women in treatment group was 93.33％,which was significant higher than that of women(76.67 ％) in control group (x2 =6.54,P =0.01).There were no significantly differences in the level of TNF-α,IL-10,IL-2,MDA and SOD in serum of women in both groups before treatment (P＞0.05).The level of TNF-α,IL-10,IL-2 and MDA in serum of women in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05),but the level of serum SOD of women in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than that before treatment (P＜0.05).And the change of associated immune factors level in serum of women in treatment group were significantly better than those of women in control group (P＜0.05).There was no significantly difference in the adverse reaction rate of women between the two groups during treatment(x2=0.536,P =0.464).Conclusion:Pelvic gymnastics combined with ornidazole for treating women with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can achieve excellent efficacy and decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,which can reduce the levels of TNF-α,IL-10,IL-2,MDA in serum and improve the levels of SOD in serum,so it is worthy clinical application.
